We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business QA Manager.

Principal responsibilities
· Experience of managing a team leading business activity to support the delivery of digital change across regions/markets
· Exceptional analytical, planning and governance skills
· Leadership experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as digital, programme or change management skills motivating and inspiring others to excel
Requirements
· The job holder will be a Graduate with experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as Digital, Transformation or change management and strong performance management and team development skills
· The job holder will have good knowledge of the testing process, digital channels and strong customer focus, strong analytical ability and experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion and the ability to quickly understand customer an operational considerations
· The job holder will have a good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice, have Subject Matter Expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations.
· The job holder will be innovative with the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals, have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues, pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors
· The job holder will have excellent relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and high levels of resilience and self motivation
· Cantonese speaker

· Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
· Excellent understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice
· Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across all 5 regions (North America, LATAM, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe)
