We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Manager.
Principal responsibilities
Provide support on management reporting, policy implementation and change management for Singapore.
Support the process of implementation for key policy changes required by the Group, the regulator or the local business
Co-ordinate the delivery of procedures supporting key processes within Business Management
Assist in conducting product reviews, new product launch and post implementation reviews
Manage the reviews of marketing materials which includes pitchbooks, product presentations, product termsheets
Generate management reports: Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly
Provide administration support for service propositions
Work closely with Information Technology and product desk on system changes related to dealing platform and product offerings
Provide support to the Desk Heads in Risk and Control related matters
Ensure compliance with all Global Standards in addition to all laws, regulations, compliance and risk policies and procedures and risk appetite which apply to our business
Desired profile
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Some relevant experience in private banking or financial markets
Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages
Should possess effective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills
Product management experience in Structure Product or Funds or Operations experience is preferred
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel would be an advantage
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and work with people at all levels are essential for this role
