We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Finance Manager .
Principal Responsibilities
· Work effectively with onshore and offshore team in providing financial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders for decision-making, planning & forecasting
· Provide in-depth analysis on business drivers, operational information, competitor analysis etc, against targets, forecast and KPIs
· Support investment decision in strategic initiatives and benefits tracking
· Ensure strong advocacy of cost management and provide analysis to identify and drive opportunities to improve cost efficiency
· Prepare Visualization dashboards for analysis of large datasets to generate new insights for improving business performances
· Support Finance Transformation agenda, Digital Finance, Simplification etc
· Represent Finance to work with various Insurance Business teams and Global Functions
· Any other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
· Graduate in business or finance or strategy, related field or equivalent experience
· Insurance industry experience and IFRS17 knowledge would be good to have
· Strong relationship and communication skills and customer focused
· Experience across in finance or business strategy and analysis background
· Strong communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels within the business and finance functions
· Strong organizational, problem solving and presentation skills
· Commitment to drive and coordinate change
· Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders across different geographies
· Good command of Excel, Powerpoint and visualization tools is a plus
