The Opportunity: (Brief Overview of the Role)

· To be an application referral point for Commercialization, Payment Routing and Process Enhancements.
· Ensuring that the overall quality and integrity of the work is processed in a cost effective manner and in accordance with pre-determined critical deadlines / PLA to minimize reputational and / or financial loss. To be a knowledge base for other areas and an escalation point, give advice when in crisis and alter system configurations / rules ensuring all relevant sign off has been taken.

What you'll do: (List out Key Responsibilities)

The jobholder works as part of a global team serving the GPS enabled countries.

· They will play a part in being responsible for the development and changes which are implemented onto Global Pay Plus and ensure that all relevant sign off has been given before any implementation into the system.
· Work alongside ISO and Fusion implementation team to onboard the new systems / tools
· The job holder will work closely with UAT Team to ensure test systems are production like and have any new setup they require.
· They will also be a point of referral for key stakeholders and provide guidance and MI if ever in crisis.
· They will be responsible for looking after STP Inward and Outward and lead any projects which may have Global output.

Qualifications :

What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)

·  Extensive payments knowledge encompassing message types, payments processing functionality, formatting of messages and Swift Guidelines
·  Structural and Functional Knowledge of GPP
·  At least two years Payment experience.
·  Knowledge of High Value payments, SEPA direct debits and credit products.
·  Practical analysis and problem solving skills.
·  Background in testing activities

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Ability to work under pressure for a period of time individually or as part of the team
·  High degree of technical knowledge and skill in producing rules for complex solutions in the Global Pay Plus
·  High level of literacy and knowledge of standard office / development tools.
·  Analytical skills.
·  Excellent planning and organizing skills.
·  Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
·  Self-starter, own and manage individual program work streams.
