Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Branch Trainee .
Principal responsibilities
· Provide quality customer service through accurate and efficient counter transactions
· Meet customer financial services needs through identifying opportunities and referring them to appropriate bank colleagues
· Ensure smooth branch operation and achieve satisfactory audit rating through meeting all requirements of control and service
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· University graduate, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
· Insurance or Investment license would be an advantage
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Self motivated and adaptive approach to a services environment
· Fluency in Cantonese, English and ideally Putonghua
The Branch Trainee is a career path which includes the necessary training and support for future leaders at HSBC. Subject to holding the relevant license, and to a satisfactory performance review for counter operations, a Branch Trainee will be promoted to the position of General Banking Officer within the first six months. Newly promoted General Banking Officer with good performance will further be considered for promotion to various positions within six months.
