This role is a full time permanent role for an ambitious individual to join the team as a Back Office Support Officer at our Parramatta Centre.
Responsibilities:
• To support the core functions within the department by ensuring timely delivery of business support functions with a focus on cards, consumer fiancé and mortgage portfolios
• Delivery of Back office functionality for the wider Collections and Recoveries Department
• Ensure the Back office tasks SLA's , and targets are met both individually and as a team
• Ensuring Desk Instruction Manuals, Local Collections Manuals & PIMs are read on a periodic basis and adhered to
• Maintaining regular communications and building relationships with peers across the business
• Ongoing review of process's with a view to enhance and improve functionality
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements:
• The Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
• A proven track record of being a top performer in a recoveries environment;
• Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• The flexibility and availability to work various rosters between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
