We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a AVP, Sales Quality .

Principal responsibilities

· Provide assurance that customers are treated fairly and are recommended products that are suitable for their needs and appetite for risk

Ensure that financial objectives are conducted and documented in line with HSBC policies and procedures as well as being compliant with respect to both local and external regulators, current legislation, Compliance and Departmental procedures.

· Review financial objectives according to the process currently identified across HSBC globally. Ensure that all the relevant checks are carried out accurately and according to the process designed under guidance and supervision from the line manager.
·
Assess and test the customer outcomes for HSBC financial objectives, to ensure that the customer outcomes are in line with the HSBC Global Minimum Financial Objectives Quality Standards, internal polices and regulatory requirements.

Identify any issues related to the quality of financial objectives including the provision of regular updates and support to the line manager.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Bachelor Degree

· 
Autonomy in decision making regarding review of financial objectives

· 
Have a few years of experience in banking related quality assurance prospective
Good knowledge of Financial Services and the related products as well as familiar with the regulations in financial services

· 
Good organizational skills and the ability to understand urgency and prioritization when required

· 
Appropriate local certifications for Banking or Risk roles will be viewed favorably
