We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP, Business Performance, Sustainability and Client Analytics

Principal responsibilities

·  Conduct data exploration and analysis on the external and internal data assets available within the bank to generate insights.
·  Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
·  Conduct analysis on macro-economic trends that can have impact on bank’s performance and suggest actions.
·  Suggest ideas and identify opportunities to grow the business and present it to senior stakeholders.
·  Support juniors in the team in their skill development.
·  Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions and work in an integrated environment.

Requirements

·  Graduation / Post Graduation degree from reputed institute in a Finance (with a good CGPA score)
·  Strong analytical thought process and aptitude for problem solving.
·  Deftness in analyzing high volumes of data, preferably using advanced analytical tools like python etc.
·  Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills.
·  Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to complete work independently to a high-quality standard.
·  Experience of operating in a global setting / interacting with Business Partners and Senior Management and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Being a go-getter and getting things done amidst uncertain and challenging environment and within tight deadlines and Provide guidance and support to juniors proactively.
·  Research background in banking industry would be a valuable add-on.
·  Understanding of macro-economics, interest rate cycles etc.
