Join our fast-growing Asia Wealth Management teams
HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a AVP – Bancassurance Products.
Principal responsibilities
· Support implementation of distribution strategies and models to achieve high growth and profitability from targeted market segments.
· Execute product launch and regular campaigns/promotion offers through digital marketing.
· Support UAT (User Acceptance Test) and ensure smooth operational roll-out of Bancassurance / Financial Planning related services
· Support development of robust sales processes along with our partnerships which adherence to sales quality framework and financial planning standards.
· Support channel heads, wealth sales and digital marketing to deliver revenue generating initiatives.
· Work with CRM/analytics to develop dynamic propensity model to drive penetration, cross-sell opportunities and pipeline management for both life and general insurance.
· Support in regular product meeting and steering committee, including deck preparation and minutes.
· Support strategic projects for Bancassurance business as required from time to time.
· Be part of the RBWM risk owner for insurance business – continuous monitoring, portfolio revenue, persistency drive, persistency risks, customer fairness and work with our partners to help mitigate and resolve.

Qualifications :
Requirements
· University (BA) or (BS) degree
· Possess relevant working experience in a leading financial institution
· Direct experience in Bancassurance with deep understanding of product management, distribution sales, campaign/promotion implementation and fulfillment
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude; meticulous and systematic with an eye for detail
· A good team player with the ability to work and cope under pressure in a complex environment
· Experience in sales processes, digital marketing related would be a plus
