ATM Engineer

Job description

Primary Responsibilities
· Support for HSBC's fleet of ATM's.
· Includes overseeing of hardware and software installations, evergreening, patching, ensuring all security protocols are followed. Interface with the business stakeholders and other IT teams to provide seamless delivery of the ATM fleet.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Experience with ATM hardware (Diebold), ATM software
·  Windows 7, Windows 10 desktop OS
·  SCCM, Active Directory
·  Desktop protection software, including antivirus, anti intrusion, lockdown of devices
·  Knowledge of patching of Windows devices.
·  Knowledge of project management and vendor management
·  Experience with being part of both local and global teams
·  Ability to interface with outside vendors
·  Must adhere to internal processes, controls, and audits
·  Positive and professional attitude, team player, flexible and adaptable, open to change(s)
·  Confident and takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development
·  Good spoken and written communication
·  Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders
·  Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service
·  Ability to quickly develop good working relationships with stakeholders
·  Ability and self-motivation to learn and pick things up quickly
