International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB)

Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We help our customers look after their day-to-day finances and manage, protect and grow their wealth. 
Our wealth management teams provide financial planning and advice and market insight and updates, as well as products in areas such as investments, deposits, insurance, financing and foreign exchange. They include relationship managers, who work to understand the financial needs of clients and create strategies to meet their objectives

 

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

 

1)      Assist to embed the IWPB Incentive Framework within HSBC Expat, and ensure consistency in Incentive Framework across IWPB

2)      Actively identify initiate and take lead in projects to support incentive allocation and facilitate incentive calibration

3)      Conduct analysis on incentive distribution to drive business performance to support IWPB strategy

4)      Design Recognition Programs/ Sales Campaign according to group guidance

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements ：

 

1)      Bachelor or above education background.

2)      Self-motivated, independence and good team worker.

3)      Good excel skill preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic and/or operational planning skills. Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.

4)      Excellent communicator with strong collaborative, inter-personal and influencing skills.

5)      Good time management skill and a positive disposition are needed to cope with the process of heavy workload.
