We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President .

Principal Responsibilities

Purpose of the job

To take on various projects and assignments from system automation & UAT, process change, procedural documentation, reconciliation investigation, BAU services delivery and support to new initiatives.

Responsibilities

·  Participate and deliver various projects / assignment as requested and to complete within deadline
·  Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow up
·  Be agile to take on multiple assignments and work independently
·  Backup to other team members as needed including BAU support

Requirements

·  Experiences in private banking or investment industry
·  Well versed with investment products, accounting control and regulations
·  Good communication, both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
·  Work under pressure and often multi-tasked
·  Exposure to change / transformation projects / outsourcing
·  Able to work under diverse culture
·  Knowledge of customer tax reporting covering QI, FATCA and CRS a plus
·  Avaloq system exposure a plus
