HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Business Development Manager .

Principal responsibilities ​

· Develop strategies to acquire customers, increase Assets under Management of existing or new customers and upgrade them to the Premier level.
· Provide dedicated service to strengthen and deepen relationship. This includes opening new accounts and providing regular updates on banking needs.
· Apart from providing customers with regular market updates, you will also be required to understand our customers financial needs and recommend suitable wealth management products to meet these needs.
· By resolving customer queries and investigating their complaints or feedbacks with a view to recover service

Qualifications :

Requirements​

·  Degree holder
·  Proven sales track record and some working experience in promoting Retail Banking and Wealth Management in a dedicated client relationship role.
·  Outgoing disposition, well equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of drive to excel and thrive in a sales oriented environment.
·  Accreditation in CHI, CGI and CMFAS Modules 1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9 and M9A will be preferred.
