We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
To oversee the operations and administrations of the settlement section of HSS to ensure that the clients’ and the Bank’s interests are fully protected;
To assist Settlement Managers in streamlining operation procedures and optimize operational efficiency, and implement;
To control clients instructions are executed in a timely manner to safeguard clients from possible loss;
To provide responses to clients / Client Service Team on clients' enquiries in settlement related issues, to recommend feasible solution and deliver tailor-made customer services ;
To take shift as required by the job; To oversee and handle daily operations of CSDCC clearing bank services as well as CIBM and FMDB services.
To contribute, present and communicate with external parties for client services/project related issues.
To back up team managers when needed.
To accept/timely perform any tasks/job arrangement assigned by the management;
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
Desired profile
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:Good command in English. Passed Securities Association of China examinations of securities fundamental, trading, fund and futures. Have prior supervisory experience in the custodian bank or securities industry, and be familiar with the QFII business and and have broad knowledge of settlement process of A/B share markets, China Interbank Bond Market and Index futures. Able to work independently without much guideline/precedent. Be competent professionally to apply market/regulatory requirements into bank procedures that are smoothly workable in the day-to-day process. Be able to receive changes with strong leadership. Excellent communication skill.
