Role Overview:

• Assist Relationship Manager(s) in maintaining and growing the commercial banking customer portfolio within the related business segment through acquisition of new customers and growth of wallet share with existing customers.

• Cultivate existing relationship, understand and anticipate clients needs as well as identify incremental sales opportunities.

• Assist with development and execution of relationship strategy, calling plan and sales/product goals based on clients needs and opportunities.

• Proactively drive forward product solutions on basis of clients new business needs and requirements.

• Improve the quality of the portfolio through regular monitoring of the relationship and assessment of the risks.

• Prepare all management reports relating to credit approval, excesses, extensions and other house keeping tasks.

• Own the customer experience and ensure service excellence at all times, for all aspects of any customer or prospect's interaction with HSBC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Relationship Manager(s) in handling the administrative part of managing client relationships.

• Attend to queries by clients on transaction related issues and provide required data.

• Undertake in the appropriate analysis and preparation of client value and customer strategic plans utilizing client vision.

• Assist Relationship Manager to establish relationshipw with new clients and maintain a high level contact with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities.

• Identify opportunities for cross selling of products and services and provide leads to product partners.

• Maintain product knowledge and work closely with product team in crafting tailor–made solutions according to customer's needs.

• Ensure all customer complaints are logged and closed on CCL with proper resolution.

• Liaise with all support functions (NSC,CCS,PCM,FAU,CRM Branches ,etc.) on all aspects of settlements and payments and work closely with their teams to resolve service issues and ensure quality service delivery to customers

• Conduct critical credit reviews and assessment, timely identifications of problem accounts and implement appropriate operational controls to safeguard the Bank's position

• Ensure all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring

• Strictly adhere to internal control policies and ensure that the organization's activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal, and government regulations.

• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate/ commercial of investment banking.

• Sound knowledge of credit risk and financial analysis.

• Good knowledge of the Bank's structures, products and services.

• Knowledge of each management, trade Finance products & trade structures documentation and associated risks.
