Principal responsibilities
· Assist management and functions to communicate and/or engage with regulators, government agencies, banking and trade associations.
· Support Compliance in operations, IT, finance, people management, documents archiving, operational risks, change management and general administration matters.
· Supervise regulatory matters including on-site inspections, meetings, visits, surveys, administrative approvals and registrations of the Bank.
· Prepare reports and/or coordinate report compilation for internal and external submission.
· Provide compliance advice/input to management and staff on general compliance matters.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Proficient knowledge of regulatory regulations and guidance.
· Fluent English ability, both oral and in written;
· Compliance working experience in the banking industry over 3 years is preferred.
· Ability to lead change, contributing to joining up with the other teams in Risk and Business at Country level
· Excellent communicator with good inter-personal and influencing skills.
· Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.
