Principal responsibilities
·
Assist Security Manager to act as Control Owner for physical, operational and personal security and for security technology systems

·
Design, implement and manage operational, technological and physical controls to protect people and assets

·
Provide appropriate governance, oversight and MI to demonstrate that operational controls are effective

·
To oversee the Physical Security and ensure compliance of related issues according to local governing regulations and laws and Group Standard when implement any operations procedures

·
To minimize the operation risks in respect of security by supporting the BSC of branches/sub-branches

·
To keep sound communication and liaise with Police, etc.

·
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and formulate appropriate responses to business interruption and major incidents.

·
Optimize local procedures and guidelines to comply with Group / Regional standards as well as local governing regulations, ensure all key processes and activities of Corporate Security have clear accountabilities.

To keep sound communication and liaise with Police, etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Over 5 years related working experience

· 
University Graduate in Business Administration, Security or a related discipline

· 
Professional knowledge in security management related aspects and relevant services

· 
Strong leadership, with good people, communication and negotiation skills

· 
Ability to mobilize resources and achieve win-win solutions for all stakeholders

· 
Fluency in both English and Chinese
