Hang Seng's Personal Lending business offers a full spectrum of personal loan products and services to customers, including Installment Loan, Tax Loan, Revolving Loan and overdraft.

Our team develops product strategy, product propositions and pricing strategy for unsecured personal lending products while providing business direction to aggressively grow the product portfolio. With growing business, we are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Assistant Personal Lending Manager .

Principal responsibilities:

· Develop and execute personal loans' acquisition, portfolio and channel management programmes to grow the Bank's market share and profitability
· Participate in the product development projects to enhance the personal loans features and product competitiveness
· Perform market / portfolio analyses for formulating business strategies
· Monitor the performance of sales channels / teams and evaluate relevant programmes results

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
·  Minimum of 3 years' banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending an advantage
·  Strong product development and project management skills
·  Strong team orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Personal Lending Officer .)
