Assistant Operations Support Manager

Chief Administration Office, Operations, HOST

Chief Administration Office is dedicated to manage business & financial planning, devise management information & reporting of all operations departments for top management and oversee & monitor control environment in operations. We also play a key role in delivering the license administration for all staff of the bank.

Should you join our Chief Administration Office, you will contribute in driving continuous quality improvement to increase business partner satisfaction. You will also have opportunity to take part in formulating business strategy and fostering an effective risk and control environment. You will work closely with various operations departments and business stakeholders to understand their operational and processing risk, so as to structure comprehensive solutions to aid them to operate efficiently and excellently.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Operations Support Manager.

Principal responsibilities

· Coordinate implementation and communication of the Operations planning and strategy in line with Bank & Global Strategy including but not limited to financial, operations efficiency and resource planning
· Assist in consolidation of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback and HASE strategy
· Prepare management information & reporting and provide operational support among operations departments

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree in any discipline
·  Minimum of 3 years' banking experience, ideally with exposure in operations management & business analytical skills
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
