We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- To ensure the successful implementation of business strategies by managing, directing, and motivating branch operation and counter service teams to provide efficient customer services by well balancing between service and risk control.
- Lead and manage branch operation and counter service team to deliver efficient and cost effective operations and support, provide high level service standards to internal and external customers and control operational and compliance risks. To maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
- Deliver sustainable cost savings and drive add value initiatives to support business functions in achieving their business goals, which is align with GSD’s target as business aligned customer service organization.
Desired profile
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder;
- At least 5 years banking experience, including which 3 years in relevant management areas.
- Excellent management and leadership skills, strong in communication.
- Be familiar with bank policies, internal guidelines and regulations.
- Good sense and capabilities on risk management, customer service management and efficient operations.
