We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Officer, ORSO Operations.

Principal Responsibilities
· Process customer requests including accounts set up, data maintenance and exceptions handling and data capture into mainframe system, imaging and workflow systems and other application systems; follow up exceptional items, and outstanding reports.
· Handle daily incoming enquiries from the ORSO Schemes Authority, Labour Department and other external authorities as well as members
· Perform the control tasks and sample check on the output from the outsourced parties and handle the escalation and enquiries from them.
· Report regulatory returns to ORSO Schemes Authority according to the regulatory timeline and perform reasonable check and health check
· Communicate with relevant teams for necessary amendment of the customers records to reflect the accurate and latest information in system
· Comply with the group's service standard and regulatory timeline
· Work on ad hoc assignments.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Form 5 education with five subjects passed
·  Basic knowledge of MS office applications
·  Chinese and English typing with fair speed
·  Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
·  MPF/ORSO basic knowledge is preferable.
To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Hong Kong is required.
