We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of a Assistant Marketing Manager – Mortgage Intermediaries .
The Assistant Marketing Manager – Mortgage Intermediaries is based within the Distribution function of Retail Banking's mortgages team.
The role is to support the GCB5 Marketing Manager – Mortgage Intermediaries in carrying out a number of tasks to deliver the overall marketing strategy for HSBC UK for Intermediaries.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

The development and implementation of the Mortgage Intermediary Marketing and Communications Strategy
·
The delivery of key strategic messages, product/propositional launches to support AOP, delivering all campaigns on time and within budget
·
Monitoring of all campaign activity, considering and documenting results and recommendations for future campaigns
·
Providing oversight and management of the Intermediary Marketing communication runway
·
Understanding, interpreting and anticipating trends in broker (customer) expectation whilst understanding best practice in the market to shape our broker communications.

Designing, developing and delivering broker engagement activity, both internally and externally, including relevant and timely responsive communications, broker specific insights, event management and propositional enhancements

Managing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure collaborative working practices to achieve broker centric deliverables
Desired profile
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. understand marketing / broker (customer) engagement with relevant product knowledge (Mortgage)
·
Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders (stakeholder management skills) at all levels as well as suppliers and clients, over the telephone, by email and in person
·
Ability to work under pressure within a busy environment
·
Ability to work on own initiative using a proactive approach
·
Attention to detail is essential as well as the delivery of your work i.e. presentation skills
