We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Sales and Service s.


In this role, you will:
·
​Assist in tracking of daily sales applications and closures for daily reporting

·
Track outcome of cross sell products and campaign numbers

·
Track referrals and fulfillment of successful referrals.

·
Onboard and off board new and resigned staff

·
Ensure necessary Know Your Customer are conducted and information are provided for World Check

·
Assist in conducting World Check and Agent referral

·
Maintain and update relevant department records

·
Prepare Payment Advice Form for vendor payment

·
Ensure smooth and efficient handling of mortgage related submissions

·
Assist department in areas that require further investigations with regards to procedure matters

·
Covers sales support manager in their absence.

·
Provide general administrative support

·
Assist with any ad hoc reporting

Desired profile



Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

· 
​​Minimum holder of GCE O Levels or Higher NITEC qualification

· 
Relevant customer service and operation support experience in a financial institution

· 
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail banking environment

· 
A self-starter who can work independently and under minimal supervision

·  Meticulous, accurate and able to multi task
· 
Good command of spoken and written English
