We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, MPF Administration (12 months Fixed Term Contract).
Principal Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee the accurate and on-time submission of regulatory reports
· Develop and maintain procedures for key processes
· Quality check GSC and teams to ensure effective working and control
· Identify and recommend methods to improve operating efficiency, customer experience and expense control through streamlining workflow and automation enhancement
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners / sponsors, internal and external partners
· Train and develop subordinates so that staff can perform up to the required standard and successors can be identified
Requirements
· Work experience in business analysis or project management field
· Experience in system implementation projects for Pension scheme/member administration with basic finance (payment & receipt) knowledge would be a plus
· Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
