In this role, you will:
The GTRF Client Service Assistant Manager is a client-facing role and the central point of contact for all Financial Institutions clients and responds to transactional needs and service solutions for the assigned client portfolio in trade business. The main purpose of the role is to:
· Deliver a valued and best in class client experience for Financial Institution clients with deep services expertise, deep understanding of Financial Institution client's trade business across the group and a collaborative working approach with all stakeholders and other teams.
· Own, manage and successfully resolve Financial Institutions clients' transactional queries, issues and complaints in line with agreed SLAs and relevant standards, i.e Guarantee reissuance, Financial Institutions trade loans and refinance, etc.
· Provide timely and accurate guidance to Financial Institutions clients on transaction-level documentation to help them resolve issues effectively.
· Facilitate the arrangement of offer letter and build trust in our offering and service proposition with a view to gaining new business.
· Provide transactional trade advisory to Financial Institutions clients and internal stakeholders.
· Coordinate service teams, group offices and Financial Institutions to resolve transaction escalation, overdue and disputes.
· Contribute to the achievement of revenue growth through retention, reduced sales time on service, proactive management of service performance.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Deep knowledge and experience of trade products and processes, i.e Documentary Credit, Collections, Trade Finance, Guarantee etc.
· Deep knowledge and experience on Financial Institutions products in trade business.
· Be a role model for strong commitment to service excellence and client relationship management skills.
· Proven track record of demonstrating excellent problem solving skills and ability to resolve issues and connect clients to opportunities.
· Be able to think through, to solve problem, to prioritize, and to handle difficult situations with pragmatism, common sense and empathy.
· Demonstrable experience of challenging the status quo, processes and operations in order to deliver an enhanced client experience.
· Strong influencing and negotiation skills with excellent written and oral presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
· CDCS, CITF or CSDG certification is highly desirable You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.
