Performance Operations is a part of Global Asset Management which deals with performance of funds under various asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income) and is measured across security, sector and country. Along with this it also deals with analysis of the performance so as to decipher the source of return. This is achieved through various tasks and processes such as signoff, Detailed attribution reports, Index reconciliation and Market value and position recon . It supports various regions across the globe such as UK, US, Hong Kong, Canada and Saudi Arabia

The Opportunity: (Brief Overview of the Role)

The role is of Assistant manager where it is desirable to have good understanding and experience of performance measurement concepts. The performance analyst plays a key role in the delivery of the overall team's objectives, which include Performance Measurement, Attribution Analysis, benchmark maintenance along with other important peripheral activities. Candidate should be able to work under pressure and meet SLA's with desired accuracy, quality and timelines

What you'll do: (List out Key Responsibilities)

· Deliver fund performance and attribution analysis as per the SLA's
· Maintenance of index data, to support benchmark and attribution requirements and ensure composition returns are in line with the index returns.
· Check for accuracy of monthly fund & benchmark performance.
· Answer ad hoc queries related to fund performance and benchmarks

Qualifications :

What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)

·  Post Graduate / Graduate degree holder
·  Experience range 3 to 6 years
·  Strong knowledge of financial products
·  Good understanding of asset management, performance measurement and attribution calculation.
·  Ability to interpret risk and return ratios.
·  Good understanding of net asset values, fund size & corporate actions.
·  Excellent organizational and communication skills
·  Experience of working or knowledge on Market Data provider like Bloomberg and rimes
·  Good Microsoft office skills.
·  Understanding of SQL queries will be added advantage
·  CIPM certification would be an advantage
