We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Assistant Manager FX Specialist working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities

·
The jobholder is to build and grow cash FX and Dual Currency Investment (DCI) business for WPB.

·
The jobholder is required to assist branches to conduct FX sales and DCI rollovers via recorded phone ensuring high number of customer retention rate and repeated sales.

·
The jobholders shall maintain a good relationship and engagement with both internal and external customers to capture repeat and incremental sales.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
A degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Management.

· 
IPPC license is compulsory.

· 
A minimum of 2-5 years of FX & Dual Currency Investment sales & rollover experience would be an advantage.

· 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

· 
Excellent planning and time management skills.

· 
Attention to details.

· 
Self motivated and results oriented.

· 
Ability to work independently under pressure.

· 
Strong analytical skills.

· 
Ability to multi task and priortise jobs that are time critical.

· 
Internet savvy and strong PC literacy skills.
