We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Fraud Risk Analytics and Implementation - Retail Banking and Wealth Management .

Principal responsibilities

· Support the development and implementation of fraud risk analysis and automation programs with aim to optimize financial fraud monitoring operations in AMH in accordance with the Group fraud risk strategy and the Global Policy
· Identify fraud exposure in AMH and support the implementation of effective fraud risk monitoring operation
· Proactively observe and report weakness of fraud risk monitoring operations; suggest possible enhancements and facilitate the implementation of operational enhancements
· Participate new system or model implementation discussions and support required activities including analysis and testing and roll out
· Review and identify limitations of the analytical processes and explore new initiatives to improve the efficiency
· Support the improvement of fraud risk detection efficiency through the use of various systems, including SAS EFM and Instinct

Qualifications :

Requirements ​

·  The job holder is required to have experience in working with controls that manage fraud risk
·  Track record in influencing, in particular the application of this skill in areas outside their direct span of control
·  Experience working for or with one or more lines of business is desirable but not essential
·  A background or understanding of operational risk is also desirable
·  Influencing skills, including the ability to communicate on a diverse range of topics to multiple stakeholders
·  Ability to articulate complex and sensitive information and situations in meaningful and easily understood terms
·  Able to influence change without direct responsibility for resources or budget
·  Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and problem solve in a dynamic environment
