We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Change Management and Delivery .

Principal responsibilities ​

· To participate in system development projects for Service Delivery operations
· To ensure project complies with agreed Group Standards
· To establish effective controls and procedures
· To act as an Business Analyst to gather users’ requirements
· To develop End User Computing application with MicroSoft Access and Excel Macro
· To ensure all technology deliverables and outputs are completed on time with good quality

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements ​

·  Degree holder in computer science, business or related discipline
·  Experience in business analysis, project management, system development and support
·  Proficient in MicrosSoft Access and Excel Macro
·  Having Query Management working experience is preferable
·  Strong self motivation and ability to work under pressure
·  Strong analytical mind with good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
·  Fluent written and spoken English with good communication skills
