We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, CDD.
Principal Responsibilities
· Perform data and client document review according to KYC CDD requirements to onboard client types including operating entities, trusts, private investment companies, and individual customers
· Reviews to be completed within the required SLA and meet quality standards requirements set out in the Line of Business Policies
· Perform periodic and event trigger CDD review and screening during the client life cycle. Monitor progress and customer response according to timeline.
· Support preparation of CDD team activity report for performance monitoring and management report, extraction of data for account activity review, procedure manual update & conduct briefing sessions when required
· Provide required MI and reporting data for monitoring of delivering screening results and completion of CDD profile to meet the agreed service lead time
· Outreach to customer via hotline to obtain the CDD information to complete CDD profile
· Able to collaborate with different stakeholders for streamlining and drive results
Requirements
· Proven minimum 3 year relevant experience in handling customer due diligence and KYC including screening on individuals, entities, trust & PIV with strong analytical skills on customer financial background is a must. Prior experience to onboard operating entities is preferred
· Prior customer outreach experience via hotline is required for this role and ability to communicate clearly the CDD requirements
· Be aware of changes in the Financial Crime Risk environment and business needs
· Understanding and experience with FATCA, CRS and client tax transparency is an advantage
· Ability to manage pressure to meet business demands. teamwork, collaboration, responsiveness and demonstrate accountability & ownership
· Ability to handle volume spikes and prioritize work including ad hoc request and projects to meet business demands in a timely manner
· Proficient in excel, v-Lookup & powerpoint presentation
· Written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders
