IT Infrastructure Delivery (ITID) – Networks oversees the Bank's IT infrastructure and supporting services that include data/voice communication networks, Contact Centre services and recording system that are fundamental components of the Bank's daily business operations.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager, Networks.
Principal responsibilities
· Deploy, configure, test, and maintain systems of the Bank on all network aspect (voice / contact centre / data network)
· Perform network related ongoing performance tuning, upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
· Perform proactive system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of network infrastructure.
· Handle network BAU request and problem case from business user
· Apply patches and firmware upgrades on a regular basis to maintain operational and security standards.
· Provide assistance for escalated support cases from application team.
· Maintain configuration standards and operating procedures.
· Assist on call flow analysis, design, documentation and testing
· Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, project managers and end-users.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other information technology-focused field of study.
· 3+ years IT infrastructure experience supporting network infrastructure in financial services company, with a strong focus on IP networking technologies supporting voice and data networks.
· Experience with LAN & WAN among different service providers
· Experience with Cisco VoIP infrastructure, Call Manager, Voice Gateway will be definitely advantage.
· CCNA certification or above.
· Experience in working on medium to large-scale projects, in tracking and reporting the status of the projects.
· Good knowledge of networking technology, regulatory & compliance.
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
· Require working on odd hours.
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
