We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our Sales Management Section as Assistant Insurance Coach Manager .

Principal responsibilities

· Assist in all aspect of training matters for telesales team, including identify training needs, design and carry out the training program with continuous productivity analysis.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders and provide field coaching support to uplift sales staff's capability and performance and achieve overall insurance sales and non-outcome goals.
· Provide daily sales support by arranging sales aid / motivational toolkits to facilitate sales process and ensure all regulatory requirements are up to standards.
· Keep abreast of the changes in the latest regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and policies

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
·  Minimum 3 years coaching experience in insurance business. Experience in banking industry /Call Centre environment is much preferred
·  Strong presentation, communication and coaching skills
·  Good command of Chinese and English
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
