We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant, Insurance Branch Operation-GD, HSBC Life Insurance Guangdong Branch.

In this role, you will:

​- Deliver branch life operation services accurately, efficiently and effectively, in line with the company's HNW and customer centricity strategies and Production Management metrics. Take correction action to meet the SLA agreed if there is deviation observed.

- Prepare MI report and other reports to reflect important pictures of branch life operations.

- Assist the manager in managing the branch life operation team.

- Ensure compliance with regulations, all HSBC policies and internal control standards.

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge/Special Skills Requirements

- College degree or above, preferably major in insurance, economics or management.

- Organized and analytical thinking.

- Able to handle pressure and have good team spirit.

- Strong respnsibility
