We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Financial Services Manager - GRP INS COOOPS -INHK1.

Principal responsibilities

·  Organize, lead and motivate operations team employees to provide service/support to customers.
·  Implement company plans, manage team performance and initiate improvement plans to provide quality service to customers and improve operational efficiency.
·  Maintain HSBC’s internal control standards, including the timely implementation of any issues raised by internal and external audit departments and external regulators, as well as appropriate internal control standards relevant to the role.
·  Implement the Group Compliance Policy applicable to the role.
·  Be aware of the operational risks associated with the role and ensure that all actions taken while working at HSBC take into account the possibility of operational risks occurring.

Requirements

·  Assist department managers to effectively manage and drive the team to meet service level agreement requirements.
·  Effectively guide the team to maintain good work quality and create a cohesive team spirit.
·  Good interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively maintain effective and good collaborative relationships within the department and with various departments.
·  Lead the team to clearly understand the group and department strategies and provide correct direction guidance.
·  Have good customer service awareness.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
