We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
DevOps Implementation:
• Assist in the implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines to improve development and deployment processes.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to manage infrastructure provisioning.
• Incorporate security checks and compliance measures in development workflows.
Incident Support:
• Support production teams during incidents, focusing on rapid resolution and minimizing system downtime.
Collaboration:
• Work with application teams to integrate DevOps practices into daily workflows.
• Coordinate with global DevOps teams to ensure consistency in tools and processes.
Security and Compliance:
• Support the implementation of secure coding practices and secrets management.
Monitoring and Reporting:
• Use monitoring tools to track system performance and security metrics.
Process Improvement:
• Contribute to optimizing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
• Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Technical Skills:
CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Infrastructure as Code: Understanding of Terraform or Ansible.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
Containerization: Basic experience with Docker.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git.
• Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Soft Skills:
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
• Additional Requirements:
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
Ability to work with teams across different time zones.
Awareness of banking systems and compliance requirements. Understanding of banking systems and compliance regulations.
