We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Client Selection and Exit Management Execution Manager .

Principal responsibilities
· CSEM has a challenging change agenda to improve the end to end customer journey and streamline key aspects of the operation. The role holder would have a passion for Customers and be responsible for implementing change.
· Ensuring that the entire end to end process of CSEM is operationally effective. Issues are escalated and no systemic breakdown of process.
· Work closely with Distribution, Collections, Customer Experience, Compliance, Legal and Risk to ensure the continuous improvement of the CSEM process from the Customer perspective.
· Coordinate projects on Client Selection and Exit Management related customer communication enhancement.
· Conduct Quality check on Client Selection and Exit Management case exit execution.
· Ensures customers outside HSBC's financial crime risk appetite are exited across the Group and pose no further financial crime risk to HSBC. In addition, ensuring customers previously exited for financial crime reasons cannot re-onboard.
· Develop new and generate regular management information report.
· Analysis of MI relating to the implementation of CSEM, using the data to inform the business on current performance and impacts, and then work with the Business to identify trends and actions required.
· Support record management in system for case management.
· Support activities on team administration.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements​
·  Degree holder with banking experience with proven track record
·  Practical knowledge of broad range of retail banking and wealth management products and services
·  Ability to operate with clear vision under stress in crisis management situations and operate effectively against uncertain and on unfamiliar ground
·  Strong language, communication and presentation skills
·  Experience in analysing large amounts of data
·  Proficient in Microsoft office, strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
·  VBA & running Macro, desirable
