Principal responsibilities
· Building up effective sales channels and connections with new entities, including CEPP companies, clubs, associations and agents to achieve customer acquisition target;
· By proactively consolidating market information / competitors' moves, and identifying issues of marketing campaigns and product launches to recommend to management / internal departments for decision making and further improvement on competitiveness
· Lead regional teams of sales staff to explore and solicit potential customers to ensure achievement of quality customer acquisition target
· Cooperate with CMC and MHQ proposition team and leverage on marketing campaigns and OMA resources to ensure achievement of target
· Manage budget to organize localized sales events and achieving effectiveness target
· Closely track sales results of related channel events
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum of 5 years' relevant banking experience in channel development and customer acquisition direction
· Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
