The Campaign Manager role is based within Marketing.

The role of the Campaign Manager is to The Campaign Manager role is based within UK Retail Banking & Wealth Management (RBWM) Marketing.

The role of the Campaign Manager is to manage the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to deliver specified objectives. The role holder will manage creative development, creative, media and digital agencies to generate best-in-class marketing materials across a range of channels.

This is a role that requires strong project management skills, a passion for compelling communications propositions, huge attention to detail and an ability to get stuck in. This role forms part of a dynamic team that owns the delivery of marketing plans, creative ideas and the production of creative assets to support the rest of the marketing team, as well as the wider UK business.

This is a role which will require speedy thinking, delivery and ability to adapt to changing business considerations on a frequent basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Project management - management and delivery of marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery across multi channels.
· Media and creative agency management - form close relationships with agencies to ensure appropriate and effective responses.
· Stakeholder management - engage with appropriate stakeholders and manage input to Marketing briefs and creative and approvals process
· Reporting - reporting against campaigns on regular basis and provide actionable learnings and optimising accordingly.
· Championing creativity and deliver against briefs in the wider marketing team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

·  Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Marketing
·  Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with financial services and experience of working within these is desirable but not essential
·  Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Campaign Manager is desirable but not essential
·  Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
·  Planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem solving techniques
·  Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery

The base location for this role is 8 Canada Square, London.
