The Area Premier Relationship Manager role is based within HSBC Expat Hong Kong office.
 
The Area Premier Relationship Manager HSBC Expat role is based within Retail Banking and Wealth Management.
 
The role of the Area Premier Relationship Manager is to become the first line of defence for the regulator. There are two key aspects to this high profile role includes customer file checks along with ensuring service delivery, active coaching of advisors to increase skill sets and customer experience
 
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing the Wealth and Premier strategy and achieve the key performance indicators
Leading and creating the HSBC customer first culture by providing coaching, guidance, technical expertise and regulatory supervision to a team of Premier Relationship Manager and High Net Worth Premier Client Managers in acting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Working with Branch Managers and the Mortgage Team to maximise Premier and Premier aspirant opportunities with customers being serviced by appropriate advisors in line with the Banks strategy
Working with Retail and Commercial Managers to generate leads and opportunities in both directions
Being accountable for compliance, sales quality and Professional Standards Scheme for the team
Embodying the principals of HSBC values and business principles
 

Desired profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Wealth, Mortgage and FX Products
Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Wealth Management and Financial Planning
Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Role relevant qualifications, i.e.
Full UK RDR QCF Level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
Availability to work the shift pattern required for this role, i.e. No
Availability to undertake the travel required for this role, i.e. May be some international travel required ie.
