Job description

The role lies within the Global WOLF team, specifically focused on transactional Sanction Screening, responsible for managing & delivering BAU and change programmes related to Payment Services Agenda as determined by the Global Compliance function

Work as part of a small but growing global team functionally managing the end to end sanction screening process
Role Purpose:
The Global Worldwide OnLine Filter (WOLF) team ensures that the Group transaction screening system (based around the Fircosoft product) works effectively and aligns with Global Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) policy. This is a Business Support role, whose purpose is to ensure that the latest sanctions regulations are received and tested before they are made live to all filters across the Group. Training will be provided to utilise a number of specialist applications to achieve this. This role will work closely with the wider global team within a challenging environment and to tight timeframes, therefore it is key that the jobholder can work effectively and as part of a team to deliver the high level of quality and accuracy required for this system.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Support the team in ensuring that the latest sanctions regulations are received and tested before they are made live to all filters across the Group Ensure business impacts are understood
· Support the reengineering and improvement of business processes
· Help the business to define the right requirements, challenging their assumptions and preconceptions to get to the underlying business problems/opportunities
· Assist in providing regular quantitative updates to all stakeholders on test progress.
· Help prepare meeting materials for relevant Payment Services Change Delivery meetings and provide updates upon test execution and progress.
· Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure progress on testing is clearly understood and work collaboratively to address any issues or potential delays
· Contribute to the development of Best in Class testing model with appropriate, controls and metrics in place.
· Work with the Project Manager (PM), BA's and other test team members to ensure testing runs as effectively as possible, with priorities being successfully managed.
· Ensure delivery is best in class with delivery according to published timelines
