Job Introduction

·  This is a markets related role which will require an understanding of Global Markets.
·  You will require product knowledge for both Foreign Exchange and Bonds.
·  Candidate will require good and clear communication skills between both the internal traders and the clients.
·  Role will entail closing actual trades with clients as well as booking these in the systems.
·  Need to be self-driven and eager to learn and challenge the set boundaries.
·  Should be prepared for an early start to the day
·  Ensuring fair treatment of clients and proper conduct
·  Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies of the bank
·  Ensuring compliance with MSS & Corp Sales FIM and other operational/ procedural requirements

Principal Responsibilities

·  Working knowledge of both Foreign Exchange and Bonds.
·  Answering client queries and routing it to the right Traders
·  Taking prices from internal Traders and quoting to clients
·  Once a client has closed the trade, booking these in the systems.
·  Interacting and covering clients to understand their needs for Markets products, primarily Foreign Exchange requirements.
·  Interacting and collaborating with GPS / GTRF / GB / CMB etc. to provide end to end product solution to clients on reverse enquiry basis only. 
·  Ensuring fair treatment of clients and proper conduct
·  Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies of the bank
·  Ensuring compliance with MSS & Corp Sales FIM and other operational/ procedural requirements 

Requirements

Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher

At least 1-3 years of banking experience would be an added advantage
