Job description

The AM - PMS Operations is responsible to independently manage the operational activities in the PMS Operations team.

The role also entails interaction with sales, investment and various other functions within AMIN to ensure that their requirements are understood and delivered accordingly.

The candidate should also have a sound understanding of internal and regulatory guidelines that governs the private clients business.

The role requires a sound understanding of capital market and debt market operation/settlement cycle.

- Cash flow Management – Equity and Fixed Income

- Trade Settlement - Equity and Fixed Income

- Data Management – Static Data and Limits management in dealing system

- Client and internal reporting

- Coordinating with auditors

- Liaison with custodian, fund accountants and vendors

- Ensure timely and efficient customer service and client reporting.

- Ensure timely and adequate support to internal stakeholders

Desired profile

- Preferably M-com with 2 years of experience.

- Existing experience in PMS/ Wealth Management set up would be an advantage

- Candidate needs to be proficient in MS office and adapt to working with different systems.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to work in a high pressure environment and perform multiple tasks by prioritizing critical activities.
