We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

·  Extensive knowledge of change practice across the bank, including familiarity with agile and waterfall guidance, KCIs, tooling and data model and the bank Change Framework
·  Extensive experience across different areas of the bank, especially in regions, markets, functions such as Risk and Compliance, and business lines, such as Wholesale bank is required
·  Owner of the development, end to end piloting/testing, documentation & delivery of HSBC Agile design patterns, based on industry standard best practice, in partnership with GBGFs, Group Transformation (GTO) and the programmes including the Digital Acceleration Programme (DAP). Design must be aligned to / consistent with existing bank frameworks and bank financial hierarchy & planning
·  Responsible for providing consistent and high-quality agile SME/advisory to Portfolios & GBGFs to enable teams adopt the Value Stream model in a consistent way
·  Always bringing a customer centric approach to all deliveries
·  Lead front to back design teams
·  Takes complete ownership of delivery of front to back design process
·  Removes blockers and creates pathways during times of uncertainty to ensure resilience
·  Supports the central agile SME team agile events & masterclasses end to end including hosting and providing artefacts/materials as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:  

·  Expertise in system thinking and highly proficient in agile ways of working
·  Comprehensive knowledge of HSBC FIM Policies and Procedures including Change Framework and supporting tooling e.g. Clarity, Rally
·  Provides extended expertise in process and is considered an SME in multiple areas
·  Comprehensive understanding of risk exposure to the bank & helps colleagues manage it
·  Assures delivery through the entire life cycle of the project/agile asset creation - requirements through to live
·  Drives measurable continuous improvement into all delivery environments across all disciplines
·  Ensuring team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
·  Strong time-management skills
·  High level of accuracy & attention to detail
·  Highly articulate in verbal & written communications at all levels including up to Group Operating Committee (Group OpCo)
