We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

·  Extensive understanding of change practice across the bank, including familiarity with agile and waterfall guidance, KCIs, tooling and data model and the bank Change Framework
·  Extensive experience across different areas of the bank, especially in regions, markets, functions such as Risk and Compliance, and business lines, such as Wholesale bank is required
·  Manages and supports the end to end functional and non-functional analysis to ensure a coherent design for the business and technology assets
·  Manages and provides expertise to support design development activities e.g., HSBC FIM policies and procedures
·  Manages and helps prepare for Design Authorities and other Governance forums and works with the Agile team to ensure challenges raised are addressed
·  Works with the Agile Team & Product Owner/s to manage, define and track performance measures. Supports and guides the Agile Team & Product Owner to create/evolve roadmaps and manage the backlog
·  Provides insight as to how a BA should learn and progress throughout the organisation
·  Drives adoption of the practice across the Agile community
·  Interacts as a member of an Agile Team
·  Engages in daily stand-ups, discussing successes and roadblocks during sprint retrospectives
·  Notifies team leadership of issues and communicates problems/blockers across the Agile Team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:  

·  Comprehensive knowledge of HSBC FIM Policies and Procedures including Change Framework and supporting tooling e.g. Clarity, Helios
·  Strong understanding of technical tools may be required dependent on the scope of the Agile Team
·  Provides extended expertise in process and is considered an SME in multiple areas
·  Comprehensive understanding of risk exposure to the bank & help senior colleagues manage it
·  Assures delivery through the entire life cycle of the project/asset creation - user requirements through to live
·  Drives measurable continuous improvement into all delivery environments across all disciplines
·  Ensuring team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
·  Good time-management skills
·  High level of accuracy and attention to detail
