About Retail Banking & Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves millions of customers worldwide through our branch network, call centres, and digital and mobile banking. We also connect institutional and retail clients with investment opportunities through our Global Asset Management division.
A day in the life of a/an Agency Specialist include the following:
Manages collection agency assignments & relationships to meet corporate objectives.
Principle Accountabilities:
· Acts as a direct liaison with collection agency to recommend improvements and enhance agency performance.
· Conducts presentations for management of major collection agencies.
· Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
· Audits inventories of agencies to ensure compliance.
· Develops and presents recommendations to business unit and agency management to improve workflow, current procedures, quality, and timeliness. Creates and designs audit report formats.
· Prepares formal audit package for business unit, and agency management.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
· A College education and three to five years of collection experience.
· Full working knowledge of collections and recovery or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving.
· Proficiency in Excel and Word.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Bilingualism (French/English).
