Role Purpose

Manage a group of high risk and charged off accounts with external agencies to collect credit arrears due to the bank in order to maximize recovery and minimize loss, thus, decreasing the net credit loss.

Moreover, following up on legal action taken against delinquent customer through the external collection agency.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Handling external agencies enquiries and ensuring efficient & timely correspondence with them.
· Recommend settlement negotiations and Propose account re-scheduling to recover the outstanding debt.
· Handling Legalities
· Applying G19 requirements
· Engaging in department workflow process
· Handling Complains
· Review cases and make decisions on a risky customer contact method, call planning, collectability of debt and actions to be taken.
· Work as a teamwork to achieve a better job as well as provide assistance to new staff.
· Cooperate with various departments to achieve our target & reach the best deals with customers such as service delivery, Branches, Legal Department, LCC as well as external agencies.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications
·  University (BA) or (BS)
·  Two to five years of experience.
