Job description

The Acqusition Manager role is based within the Campaigns Team in UK RBWM Marketing.
 
The role of the Acquisition Marketing Manager is to manage development and implementation of multi-channel (predominantly digital) marketing campaigns to drive specific acquisition targets. This is an opportunity to work on globally reknowned brand and take ownership of direct response acquisition channels
- multichannel and there is potential for growth and movement, cross-department within Marketing or cross-functionally.
 
 
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acquisition campaign management
- lead and manage full delivery of marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery across multi channels to drive new customer acquisition and cross-sell eg display, appgregators PPC and print
- Campaign optimisation
- continuously campaign activities are optimised against specified targets.
- Media agency management
- form close relationships with media agency to derive most effective channel usage on an ongoing basis.
- Reporting
- reporting against campaigns on regular basis and provide actionable learnings and optimising accordingly.
- Budget management
- define optimal budget deployment by channel against objective.
 
 

Desired profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience working in a fast paced environment, retail, multi-integrated marketing in a matrix organisation as well as strong digital expertise.
Comfortable working under pressure, good project management and organisational skills, passion for quality and creativity, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Role relevant qualifications, i.e.
Degree educated
Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Digital Marketing Manager, Acquisition Manager, Campaign Manager, or a relevant marketing background that demonstrates the development and delivery of impactful communications campaigns that drive business success.  Previous experience of working in team based environment with shared objectives and goals.
Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Financial services or retail background is desirable but not essential
Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Financial services or market leading brand is desirable but not essential
Role relevant qualifications, i.e.
Marketing or Digital specific qualification e.g. CIM is desirable but not essential
A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service
A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
Set and achieved challenging short, medium and long term goals which exceeded the standards in their field
Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
Contributed productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
Experience of making prompt and practical business decision, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes
Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery
 
The base location for this role is London.
