We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the position of Account Processor Mx.
Purpose of the Role:
The role encompasses a range of tasks involving KYC analysis for multiple RBWM processes (Individuals, PFAE, Entities, Screenings, Maintenance, and Signatures) in the high-risk and PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and regulatory environment. The approach is high quality, and therefore, applicants are expected to comply with AML regulations, policies, and procedures.
Main Activities:
Knowledge of AML/CFT, as well as the business line's policies and procedures.
Willingness to work as a team.
Skills and Abilities: Observant, meticulous, and thorough in reading, with the ability to discern the impact and/or consequences of findings, ability to adapt to future changes, and commitment to providing high-quality work.
Generate a daily productivity log.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
Review and analyze transactional transactions appropriate to the position and/or activity.
Validate IWH documentation in accordance with local regulations (Article 115). Validate documentation of the source of funds and/or wealth in accordance with global standards.
Verify comments received from the screening analyst for consideration in the comprehensive review of the case.
Provide a recommendation from Operations to validate whether the client is suitable to continue the business relationship.
Requests approvals from the deputy director and divisional director as appropriate to the client's risk level.
The analyst will maintain contact with the RM to correct errors upon receiving the case and will not require client contact, with the goal of completing the largest number of cases (same time).
Follow-up on rejected cases that have not been released by the RM (case recovery work).
Requirements
Completed bachelor's degree in economics and administration or equivalent with industry/functional experience
Bachelor's degree in economics and administration or related fields
Basic knowledge of Outlook and basic or intermediate level of Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Understanding of English texts
Ability to be flexible and willing to change along with changing corporate and departmental objectives.
Ability to balance quality and quantity (volume) with a primary focus on quality.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving and changing priorities. Procedures change frequently; selected candidates are expected to implement changes immediately with minimal training.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours to adapt to business needs.
