We are currently seeking to appoint a Partner Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for establishing and taking the lead in regards to developing relationships with strategic partners including reseller, referral, affiliates and technology partners and associations. The role is new within the company and will need to establish and grow partner relations from the ground up. The role will work closely with the product, commercial and marketing teams to prospect, negotiate, launch and manage multiple partnerships. The role is the face of the organization to partners and will hold the ability to represent our brand to a broad audience.

The Partner channel will be critical to the growth of HROnline, this individual will build on existing strategic relationships and build a team to establish and nurture additional relationships ensuring that all of HROnline sales, unit and growth targets are achieved
Duties will include...
- Responsible for championing the growth of the revenue received via our channel and partner verticals
- Become the knowledge guru within the company for our primary channels
- Actively engage with partners to help them grow the offering across their channels and marketplaces
- Identify (potential large) businesses interested in using our solution(s)
- Identify potential technology partners also interested
- Build and manage a portfolio of partner relations
- Own relationships from end to end, from initial negotiations to launch of the accounts through to account management
- Build partnership networks and pipeline
- Collaborate across departments and stay fully knowledgeable on the execution of the strategies across business
- Recruit, train and develop and Partnership Acquisition sales team
On proven partnership growth, the role will then be responsibility for managing an internal and / or external partnership team responsible for sales and services to the partnership community.

- Competitive basic salary up to £60,000
