Job scope/summary: The primary responsibility of the Administrator is to follow SOAR (Solution opportunity approval and review) policy, ensuring all Approvals and Reviews (so called SOAR's) are managed properly when making Services offerings to the customers. Focus is on offers made to customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
• Have complete understanding of the SOAR policy and operational procedures, including the Operational guidelines.
• Consistent and efficient application of the SOAR policies and procedures for opportunities requiring SOAR process approvals.
• Support all SOAR administrators.
• Provide day-to-day fulfillment of SOAR administration tasks, according to the policy and procedures, including monitoring and maintain the SOAR mailbox, tools data entry and processing, SOAR conference calls.
• Timely and responsive SOAR Mailbox management.
• Scheduling SOAR conference calls and taking minutes /notes to record the attendees, actions and decisions.
• Ensure excellent data quality recorded in SOAR tools.
• Provide excellent support and guidance to business users of the SOAR process
Desired profile
• University Degree;
• Excellent English language skills; Command of second language like German, Italian, or French is appreciated.
• Computer skills;
• 2 years of Professional Experience on an Admin related position.
• Excellent English language skills; Command of second language like German, Italian, or French is appreciated.
• Strong communication skills – English (written and oral);
• Ability to work individually with no close supervision;
• Self-starter and flexible;
• Team player;
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Advanced knowledge of Outlook.
